Franscript was formed in 2006 to produce exhibitions, lectures and courses, books and DVDs 'to enhance our understanding of eighteenth century history'.

About Wyre Forest Press

Wyre Forest Press was established in 1992 to publish social history titles written by Frances Wilkins. Since then, over 20 books about the 18th century have been added to the list. They include series about Scotland, the Isle of Man and Cumbria.

Three titles are now out of print: The Isle of Man in Smuggling History, 2,000 Manx Mariners and Dumfries & Galloway's Smuggling Story.

About Photography

In addition to her activities as a social historian, Frances Wilkins is a landscape photographer. She specialises in reflections on water, sunrises, sunsets and cloudscapes.

These photgraphs are for sale as framed prints, mounted prints and greetings cards.

Sabbatical 2012

2012 will be dedicated to completing books currently in progress but there will still be some lectures and other events.
